Do you need to return or exchange something you have received? No problem. Firstly read through our terms and conditions below and contact us if you don’t find your question answered there.


Should you receive an item that does not fit or the item you chose has a manufacturing flaw (all items will be thoroughly checked before we ship to you), we offer a 14 day exchange period. Email within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return. Please act promptly as this will allow you to get it back to us within the exchange period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the costs of shipping the replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached.  It must be in the original packaging.  It must not have any deodorant or make up stains and must not have a strong perfume odour.  If we receive items in this condition they will unfortunately be returned to you and an exchange will not be available.

We cannot offer exchange on sale items.

We do not accept exchanges on petticoats, jewellery and hair accessories.

If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly repair, replace or offer a store credit. Email within 7 days of purchase to advise us of the fault and to arrange return of the item to us.

To return your product, contact us first via email, and you will be instructed where to mail it.  Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior contact as explained above.

Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.

I'm sorry that we can't offer refunds, only exchanges and credit notes.
We are not obligated to exchange for change of mind and we reserve the right to exercise this at our discretion.
